Saltair Estate Management collects information you voluntarily provide to us when you submit our contact form or request a consultation. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is treated with the same discretion we bring to managing your property.

This website may use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time spent on site, and general geographic location. This information helps us improve the website experience. Google Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You may opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies. We use Resend for transactional email delivery of form submissions; submitted data is processed in accordance with Resend's Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us directly for any sensitive matters.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and inquiry data for up to two years from the date of submission. If you become a client, data related to your property and service history is retained for the duration of our engagement and for one year following termination of services, after which it is securely deleted unless retention is required by law.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We use Resend to process contact form submissions via email. Your name, email address, and message content are transmitted to Resend for delivery purposes only. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing purposes.

When you become a client, limited property information may be shared with vetted contractors and service providers as necessary to perform estate management services. All vendors are bound by confidentiality requirements.

Post-Engagement Data Handling

Upon termination of services, we securely delete or anonymize all property access codes, security information, and sensitive property data within 30 days. General service records and communications may be retained for up to one year for business continuity and legal compliance purposes.
